In a small Bulgarian town funeral agent Bobby drifts through life, professionally guiding others to closure while personally paralyzed by his own unresolved grief. Decades ago, Joana, a flamboyant diva of the socialist era, killed his father in a drunken accident and walked free, protected by her political ties. Ever since, Bobby has let bitterness define him, blaming Joana for his family’s ruin, his failing business, and his personal misfortunes.

Now fate delivers Joana back into Bobby’s funeral parlor which is badly in need of a wealthy client, shamelessly requesting the most extravagant burial service available—the “Eternity Package.” As Bobby wrestles with his profound resentment, the absurdity of arranging a dignified exit for his father’s remorseless killer forces him into a confrontation not only with Joana but with his own calcified pain.

Caught between darkly comedic twists—dance lessons at a retirement home, surreal conversations with an imaginary talking fish with the same voice of the corrupt judge who once freed Joana, and Sergio Leone-style standoffs—Bobby begins to see the bitter irony of his vendetta. Justice, it turns out, may lie not in revenge, but in his courage to imagine something beyond it.
